		<description>Ah, there&#039;s a reason for that: Nigel Griffiths is stepping down at the end of this parliament - he likely would have been voted out after expenses and infidelity scandals. Edinburgh South is probably the most closely contested constituency in Scotland this time round - both the Lib Dems and Tories have targeted it - and Griffiths&#039; majority is so small that there&#039;s a very good chance one or the other could take it.</description>

		<description>I&#039;d assume that Ian Paisley just votes against everything on the principle that he likes the word &#039;NO&#039;.

I&#039;m surprised that the sitting MP for Edinburgh South - one of the most easily influenced constituencies in the country - didn&#039;t even bother to turn up. So now he pisses off the people against it, the people for it, and the Labour Whip.
